DocketTrak combines professional software engineering, intellectual property expertise and direct subscriber input to provide patent, trademark and legal-matter docketing to organizations around the world.

The DocketTrak Story

DocketTrak began in 2005 as a custom docketing system created for a Washington, DC intellectual property law firm. The firm needed a system that was easier to use, more flexible and better suited to its workflows than the available alternatives.

Decision Design Corporation assembled computer science professionals, database specialists and legal advisors to transform that custom system into a broader platform for patent and trademark attorneys, docketing professionals, paralegals, legal assistants and corporate legal teams.

In October 2012, DocketTrak became publicly available as a hosted subscription service. Since then, it has continued to grow through ongoing development and suggestions from the people who use it.
